How good are you at dealing with Rubbish?
This online survey is built as a stand-alone web page for the Rubbish Game website based on Squarespace.
MySQL and PHP are used in this project. Two sets of results along with the score are given back to the visitors once they finish the survey. Their email, score and the answers are stored in an external database for the administrator to review in the later stage.
